a. Information you provide

  • Account details (email, username, password) through Firebase Authentication.
  • Subscription information when you purchase or manage a plan (via RevenueCat, Stripe, or Apple).
  • User-generated content (e.g., tasks or notes entered into our upcoming kanban product).
  • Support requests or feedback sent to us.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information (model, OS version, app version, timezone, language).
  • Analytics data (via Google Analytics and App Store Connect).
  • Crash and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Coarse location data (e.g., region or country), if available from your device or analytics provider.

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (such as health, biometric, or financial account details).


4. How we use your data

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate our apps and website.
  • Manage authentication and user accounts.
  • Process subscriptions and payments.

Payments for our apps and subscriptions are handled securely by Apple, RevenueCat, and Stripe. We do not store or process your payment card information directly.

We share data only with trusted service providers that support our operations, including:

  • Apple (App Store and analytics)
  • Google Firebase (authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting)
  • Cloudflare (content delivery and protection)
  • RevenueCat and Stripe (subscription and payment management)
  • GitHub (infrastructure and code hosting)

Each partner processes data under its own privacy terms and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.


8. Data storage and transfers

Data is hosted primarily in the EU, UK, and United States via our cloud providers. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards for international data transfers.


9. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services.

  • Account and user data: until you delete your account or request removal.
  • Backups: retained temporarily, then securely erased.

You can delete your account or contact us to request data deletion at any time.


10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access control and least-privilege access
  • Regular software updates and monitoring

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
